How We Started

Community Impact Mortgage, started by two industry veterans has set out to enhance the mortgage process for our customers while adopting a corporate philosophy to make a positive impact in the communities we serve.  With more than 65 combined years of mortgage lending experience Rob (Mally) Malczynksi and his son-in-law Kyle Tague aim to leverage this experience in a way that best serves our customers.  After working together for over 15 years at a nationwide bank, we plan to engage the many lender relationships we have established through our careers to provide a vast product menu to fit our customer's mortgage lending needs no matter what they may be.  Community Impact Mortgage is committed to providing the best customer experience by educating our customers, clearly communicating their various lending options and earning their trust during one of the biggest financial decisions a person can make.

Our Impact, Our Mission

Why the name Community Impact Mortgage?  Put simply, or corporate philosophy is bigger than us and the transactions we complete for our customers.  At Community Impact Mortgage we direct a significant portion of our profits back into the communities we serve through community based non-profit organizations that we, our customers and business partners care most about.  We encourage each of our customers to share with us such organizations they support so that our giving committee can review them for future eligibility as an Impact Payment recipient.  Sometimes the smallest contributions can lead to the biggest impact and being a part of that positive change is our greatest mission.  Doing business with Community Impact Mortgage does more than just get you the mortgage that best meets your needs!
